The Daily Menu

Here is one of our daily dinner menu, which offers different selections nightly based on the freshest, local ingredients available.
Included in the room price. see Hotel Dinning Room.
(Please note that all of the items on the dinner menu are changing on a daily basis, so you can try everyday something else)
 

Appetizers

  • Cherry wood smoked duck breast served with chicory and crispy nuts
  • Octopus stewed with tomatoes and olives served with garlic bread and soft polenta
  • Seafood salad with cherry tomatoes, crispy vegetables and basil oil

First course

  • Homemade egg cannelloni pasta stuffed with tuna fish and eggplant served with tomato sauce
  • Spaghetti sauteed with sea food sauce and basil olive oil
  • Creamy risotto with creamed pumpkin and foie gras sauce
  • Beef consommé with pasta
  • >The pasta served in these first courses are fresh homemade pasta

Second course

  • Chicken in bread crust filled with speck ham, Fontina cheese from Valle d’Aosta, potatoe croquettes and red onions
  • Piemontese veal chops with caramelized pears, Barbera d’Asti wine sauce and parmesan cheese
  • Swordfish escalope with mozzarella ice cream, sun dried tomato sauce and vegetable pie

Dessert

  • Oven baked pear with amaretto
  • Tarte Tartin of pineapple and walnuts (upside down cake)/li>
  • Tamarind ice cream
  • Fresh fruit salad
  • All our desserts are prepared exclusively by our specialized kitchen staff
