Petto d’anatra leggermente affumicato con legno di ciliegio, radicchio rosso trevigiano e noci croccanti
Cherry wood smoked duck breast served with chicory and crispy nuts
 
Polipo nostrano in guazzetto di pomodoro e olive taggiasche con crostone di pane agliato e polentina gialla soffice
Octopus stewed with tomatoes and olives served with garlic bread and soft polenta

Cannelloni di pasta all’uovo fatta in casa farcito con tonno pinna gialla melanzane dorate con salsa al pomodoro fresco
Homemade egg cannelloni pasta stuffed with tuna fish and eggplant served with tomato sauce 

Spaghetti saltati con salsa ai frutti di mare e olio al basilico
Spaghetti sauteed with sea food sauce and basil olive oil

Risottino mantecato con crema di zucca e salsa al foie gras
Creamy risotto with creamed pumpkin and foie gras sauce

Consommé di manzo con passatelli alla romagnola
Beef consommé with pasta

Fagottino di pollo in doratura di pane farcito con speck dell’alto adige, fontina valdostana dop e croquettes di patate e cipolla rossa
Chicken in bread crust filled with speck ham, Fontina cheese from Valle d’Aosta, potatoe croquettes and red onions 

Braciola di vitello Piemontese con bocconcini di pera caramellati,salsa al Barbera d’Asti e spatzle al parmiggiano
Piemontese veal chops with caramelized pears, Barbera d’Asti wine sauce and parmesan cheese 

Scaloppa di pesce spada dorata con gelato alla mozzarella , dressing al pomodoro secco e tortino di verdure
Swordfish escalope with mozzarella ice cream, sun dried tomato sauce and vegetable pie
